Natural face scrub

A perfect skincare routine starts with cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. These 3 steps need to follow every day religiously. But in between that there is something called "Exfoliation".

What is exfoliation?

Exfoliation means the removal of dead skin cells from the outermost surface of the skin.

Why do we need to exfoliate?

If you are a human, then yes you need to exfoliate your skin. Exfoliation helps to remove dead skin cells from the outermost surface of the skin. As time goes on our body starts to shed old skin cells and generate a new one. These old skin cells are also called dead skin cells. Dead skin cells pile upon the outer surface of our skin. So we need to exfoliate our skin once or twice a week in order to maintain healthy skin. When we exfoliate our skin, the product which we use on our face like moisturizer, essence, serum, sheet masks and a lot can penetrate deeply into our skin which gives good result.

What happens if we don't exfoliate our skin?

If we don't exfoliate means dead skin cells can make our skin looking dull, rough, discolored and can clog pores which result in a breakout. So exfoliation is highly recommended.

Can we exfoliate daily?

Daily exfoliation is not recommended as it can strip all-natural oil of our skin. Also, it can thin the skin cells, can cause wrinkles and can slow cell turnover. So don't exfoliate daily or more than 2 times a week for every skin type.

How we need to exfoliate?

Exfoliate on more problematic areas where you have blackheads, whiteheads, areas which produce more sebum.
