My experience:- It is such a bomb for oily skin people. I use this toner after cleansing my face with my favorite face wash. Then I spray this lavender water all over my face for 2 times and pat it dry ( Bcz this is how it worked on my skin). This lavender water has a mild fragrance which is really awesome After this step my skin felt a pampering feeling. It makes skin soft, clear without stickiness or residue.
